Business toolsRegistry Hub
Manage programs, participants, families, and records with confidence.
Registry Hub helps organizations manage structured programs and participant relationships from enrollment through reporting. It is designed for education, training, camps, churches, youth programs, tutoring, enrichment programs, and other organizations that need secure, organized participant management.
Overview
Registry Hub brings programs, participants, families, forms, attendance, and reporting into one organized workspace so staff can manage enrollments without stitching together spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Registry Hub should not automatically appear for every client. A provider creates an enrollment or participant record, sends an invitation, and the recipient claims it. After successful account linking, Registry Hub appears in that user’s dashboard. This invitation model keeps access intentional, private, and tied to real program relationships.
